By using this website, making an enquiry, or booking my services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered

I provide:

  • Live jazz performance services for weddings, events, and celebrations

  • Music teaching and coaching services, including private lessons, group classes, and educational programs
     

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Enquiries & Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.
 

A booking is only confirmed once:

  • Details are agreed in writing, and

  • Any required deposit has been received (where applicable)
     

Specific performance or teaching details (timing, location, setup, pricing) will be confirmed directly with the client.

Payments & Deposits

  • Pricing will be agreed before confirmation of services

  • Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

  • Remaining balances are due by the agreed date prior to the event or lesson

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Changes

Performances (Weddings & Events)

  • Cancellations must be made in writing

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Changes to event details (timing, location, setup) must be communicated as early as possible

  • I reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency). In such cases, a suitable replacement or refund will be discussed where possible.
     

Teaching Services

  • Lesson cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full

  • Ongoing lesson schedules can be adjusted with reasonable notice

Performance Conditions (Events)

  • ​Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the performance area

  • Adequate power supply, shelter (for outdoor events), and space must be provided as agreed

  • Noise restrictions, curfews, and venue rules must be communicated in advance

I reserve the right to stop or adjust a performance if conditions are unsafe.

Teaching Conditions

  • For in-home lessons, a safe, appropriate learning environment is required

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for minors during lessons

  • Progress and outcomes vary for each student and cannot be guaranteed


Music teaching is a creative and developmental process, not a results-based service.

Media & Promotion

With permission, photos or short clips from performances or lessons may be used for promotional purposes (website or social media).

No identifying images or videos of children will be shared without explicit parental consent.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with its functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information


I reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver services professionally and reliably, I am not liable for:​

  • Indirect or consequential losses​

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond my control (e.g. weather, venue issues, technical failures not caused by negligence)

Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled with care and used only for communication and service-related purposes.
