Refund Policy
Live Jazz Band & Event Performance
All performance bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. This deposit covers preparation time and prevents the date from being booked by another client.

If you need to cancel a performance:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a refund of any payments made excluding the deposit.

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation, scheduling, and potential loss of other bookings.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement or alternative solution. If this is not possible, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
Music Teaching & Classes
For private lessons, sensory classes, and programs:

Payments are required in advance to secure your booking.

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Program-based services (such as multi-week packages) are non-refundable once commenced, except in exceptional circumstances.
General Notes
Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted.
